I called Premium Plumbing because I heard some dripping in the walls when my faucet was running. I was expecting to spend a good amount of money to get that resolved. They sent Corey, who was very professional, as well as extremely knowledgeable, who explained that it was something I did not have to worry about. Huge relief! If they were in it for the money, they could have told me a million things that needed to be done, and I probably would have just sucked it up and forked out however much it would have cost. Just from this experience alone, I know that Premium Plumbing is a company anyone can trust and I will be contacting them if I have any issues with plumbing in the future.

Would definitely recommend! I had a great experience from my first phone call and consultation, all the way up to the finished product. Louis - my technician - was awesome. Louis was fine and the work was completed efficiently, despite several impediments that arose due to the age of the plumbing. I got a little confused during the billing part, but after speaking with Eva on the phone, she was very helpful and adjusted my bill after I had paid. This is a rare event for me and I was pleasantly surprised at her response. I would definitely use this company again.

The team at Premium Plumbing are very professional from the moment I called about my plumbing issue. They fit me into their schedule very quickly and kept me updated every step of the way. They even sent me a confirmation text with a accurate ETA and even attached a picture of my service technician. The message also included and brief background of my service technician. Thank you Luis for coming out and being very helpful. Luis is a military veteran and you tell just by his punctuality, well dressed and well mannered. Thank you for your service Luis.

Louis and Noah were prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Louis serviced our hot water heater and advised we may get an additional couple years out of it. However if it does go out they can replace promptly. We were impressed Louis didn't try to sell us a new hot water heater on the spot but provided a well reasoned path forward.When we require a new hot water heater we'll go with Premium Plumbing.We highly recommend Premium Plumbing.

We just moved into our new condo to find we had a leak into the unit below. We called Premium Plumbing and they were able to get us in to replace the toilets much quicker than we expected. They were both super friendly, kind and knowledgeable. They did a great job on the toilets, but we soon realized we had another leak. They quickly found the issue, arranged with us and property management to shut down the water for 4 hours. They showed up on time and had the repair done and water back on to the building in about an hour.Being new to the area and not knowing anyone we were sure we were going to be taken advantage of, but the experience couldn't be more opposite. We will be using them for all of our plumbing needs.

I would absolutely use this company in the future!! Louis & his helper Luis were on time and professional. They were honest with their repairs and even went to Home Depot for me to get different material when I had purchased the wrong items. They cleaned up their work space perfectly and afterwards explained the repairs to me. I truly appreciate their hard work and both of my bathrooms are looking brand new! Thank you Premium Plumbing!

Louis of Premium Plumber was punctual, professional and friendly. He explained everything he planned to do and what he recommended. He also collaborated with a Home Depot contractor who here so the process went smoothly. He cleaned up after and I felt the price was fair. I would definitely recommend this company and Louis.

I called Premium Plumbing last week to request a service call to connect piping to the sink under two vanities. The staff was courteous, polite, and was able to send someone quickly without a long wait time plus quote me a fair price for the service. The technician they sent, Chris, did a superb job. He was friendly, personable and was able to complete the job satisfactorily with no leaks to contend with. I would use Premium Plumbing again if I needed a plumbing service and recommend them to my neighbors if they needed a repair..

Sub zero refrigerator water valve replacement. Amazing service!! Louis Rodriguez was the plumber that worked on our issue. Haven’t had the work done yet, but I wanted to leave a good review for Megan who helped me over the phone and set me up for a water heater install. She has never been to my house nor has a tech from this company. She was able to do everything I wanted and expected right over the phone. I had two other techs come out from other companies. It took them a lot longer to get over a quote for a water heater install. With Megan all I had to do was send her a few pictures and she gave me a price that was better then the other two companies. I will update this review after they do the work tomorrow. Thanks for the help today Megan.UPDATEInstall went great. Great company overall. Everyone was pleasant.

I called Premium plumbing and they were able to get me scheduled same day. The technician, Louis came and was extremely professional and extremely nice! Very knowledgeable, neat and cleaned up his mess after. They also were cheaper than a few others I had contacted.. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

From first contact service was amazing. Multiple texts, along with a picture and name of my technician. Corey gave me an estimate on securing 3 of my toilets. Corey was honest and provided me with great advice to save me money, turned out I only needed one of them repaired. I appreciated Corey’s honesty and advice. He also looked at my water softer and provided me with $ saving tips. I will definitely call again for any and all my plumbing needs. Thanks Corey, “between you and me”you were fantastic!

Chris was both professional and very personable. I was able to have good conversation with home while he worked in a timely manner. In and out in under 2 hours. Even offered to sweep up all of his mess before he went. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

Very professional service, Louis provided such a great work in our place. He was on time, fast, clean and very professional. Would happily use his service in future and would recommend to friends and family.They also were very fast in getting things sorted out so that the work gets started asap. Less than 24 hrs from initial contact till the new heater was installed and running.
