With more than two decades in the trade, Brad has helped shape Premium Plumbing’s reputation for knowledge, integrity, and clear communication. He entered the industry in 2002, working part-time at his uncle’s shop, and quickly discovered a natural affinity for every facet of plumbing—from residential rough-ins to large-scale commercial remodels.
Over the years he advanced from helper to licensed master plumber, moving through roles as plumber, foreman, and supervisor before taking the helm as a business owner at Premium Plumbing in 2014. One milestone he’s especially proud of is leading the high-profile renovation of Tampa’s Amalie Arena, an experience that cemented his confidence as both a craftsman and a leader.
Today, Brad splits his time between high-level oversight and hands-on problem-solving: managing operations, steering estimating, and routinely evaluating the company’s health to keep projects and people moving forward. His leadership philosophy is simple: provide guidance, then let each team member’s own “personality, tools, and knowledge” drive success. He fosters open dialogue, encouraging employees to share ideas and tackle challenges together—always drawing on hard-won experience to find practical solutions.
Based in Tampa, he recharges through fitness, travel, and quality time with family. Ask him his favorite tool and he’ll point to the one no toolbox can hold: the brain. That mindset aligns with his guiding quote:
“The past can’t be changed, but the future is whatever you want it to be.”
Whether brainstorming with crew members on-site or mapping Premium Plumbing’s next phase of growth, Brad proves daily that a clear vision—and a willingness to learn—can turn even the toughest project into a success story.
