Really great plumbing service and Ben did an excellent job. Our toilet was continuously running and loose at the bottom. The float was replaced, and he was able to tighten, shim, and caulk around the toilet. There were also a few other items that didn’t end up needing attention but he was nice enough to look into for us. I’d highly recommend this service.

We had called another plumbing service who had canceled their appointment the evening before and had to reschedule. I looked at the reviews like your doing and gave them a call. I had a rental property that needed a plumber asap and they got me in the very next day! Benjamin sent me a text with his photo and a cool link to use when he was on his way that I shared with my tenants so they could track his arrival and had the name and photo of who was coming to the house and when he would be there. Benjamin was very polite and professional and didn't try to make the issue worse or sell me a service I didn't need. He phoned me with the quote before he did the work since I was responsible for the payment and I really liked that level of customer service. I highly recommend Premium Plumbing in Tampa.

My experience with Premium Plumbing was PHENOMENAL. I can’t recommend them enough. They worked so hard to figure out the problem I was having and got it fixed quickly. They even called Teco for me and came back out the next day to meet them to make sure the gas inspection would pass. They were easy to schedule with (I used their online messaging through Google) and sent text when they were on their way. I went with them because of their reviews and they exceeded my expectations.

I have always had a great experience w/Premium Plumbing. They came out to the house, gave an honest assessment of the state of the pipes and water cutoff valves (consistent with home inspection, much more reasonable than another plumber who wanted to repipe the whole house), then came out and did exactly the job they said they would (replacing corroded cutoffs and water supply lines). Definitely recommend!

Wow! Best experience with a plumber ever. The first person I dealt with at Premium was superb, caring of my situation and got me scheduled for the next day since we were in the throes of a hurricane when I called. I got texts to verify my appointment and the next day the plumber showed up on time after texting he was on his way. Benjamin assessed my problem and gave me a price to fix it. I feel the price was quite fair considering he had to get on the roof to clear my main line blockage. Less than an hour later blockage was gone. Benjamin was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I couldn’t be more pleased and relieved. I will forever recommend Premium to anyone who has a plumbing problem.

Mark was awesome! Very likeable guy and very knowledgeable. This is my first time using Premium Plumbing but it will not be my last. I called yesterday at 5pm and spoke with their office who scheduled this appointment for today. Very satisfied.
Would definitely use again. Louis and Benjamin were both very helpful and thorough. Called for a flood in the bathroom but didn’t know where it was coming from and every step they explained what they were going to do and what they were going to look for to tell if something wasn’t right. Louis even went to check our water softener because he felt the regeneration time was taking too long

I called Premium Plumbing because I heard some dripping in the walls when my faucet was running. I was expecting to spend a good amount of money to get that resolved. They sent Corey, who was very professional, as well as extremely knowledgeable, who explained that it was something I did not have to worry about. Huge relief! If they were in it for the money, they could have told me a million things that needed to be done, and I probably would have just sucked it up and forked out however much it would have cost. Just from this experience alone, I know that Premium Plumbing is a company anyone can trust and I will be contacting them if I have any issues with plumbing in the future.

Louis was fine and the work was completed efficiently, despite several impediments that arose due to the age of the plumbing. I got a little confused during the billing part, but after speaking with Eva on the phone, she was very helpful and adjusted my bill after I had paid. This is a rare event for me and I was pleasantly surprised at her response. I would definitely use this company again.

Louis and Noah were prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Louis serviced our hot water heater and advised we may get an additional couple years out of it. However if it does go out they can replace promptly. We were impressed Louis didn't try to sell us a new hot water heater on the spot but provided a well reasoned path forward.When we require a new hot water heater we'll go with Premium Plumbing.We highly recommend Premium Plumbing.
We just moved into our new condo to find we had a leak into the unit below. We called Premium Plumbing and they were able to get us in to replace the toilets much quicker than we expected. They were both super friendly, kind and knowledgeable. They did a great job on the toilets, but we soon realized we had another leak. They quickly found the issue, arranged with us and property management to shut down the water for 4 hours. They showed up on time and had the repair done and water back on to the building in about an hour.Being new to the area and not knowing anyone we were sure we were going to be taken advantage of, but the experience couldn't be more opposite. We will be using them for all of our plumbing needs.

I called Premium Plumbing last week to request a service call to connect piping to the sink under two vanities. The staff was courteous, polite, and was able to send someone quickly without a long wait time plus quote me a fair price for the service. The technician they sent, Chris, did a superb job. Haven’t had the work done yet, but I wanted to leave a good review for Megan who helped me over the phone and set me up for a water heater install. She has never been to my house nor has a tech from this company. She was able to do everything I wanted and expected right over the phone. I had two other techs come out from other companies. It took them a lot longer to get over a quote for a water heater install. With Megan all I had to do was send her a few pictures and she gave me a price that was better then the other two companies.
