With a plumbing career that began in 1987, Brian brings over three decades of hands-on experience across every corner of the trade—from residential and commercial to service, remodels, and new construction. His passion for building started early, growing up near a large plumbing company in his neighborhood that employed friends and sparked his interest in the trades.
Over the years, Brian has worked his way through the ranks—starting as a helper, then plumber, service technician, foreman, and service manager, before stepping into his current role as Field Supervisor. He’s been a key part of the Premium Plumbing team since 2014, bringing a wealth of experience, a strong work ethic, and a team-first mentality to every project he oversees.
At Premium Plumbing, Brian ensures projects run smoothly from the ground up. He’s known for tackling job site challenges with tact, keeping communication strong with general contractors, and making sure every crew has “the accurate ingredients to complete the plumbing recipe.” As a leader, he never asks his team to do anything he wouldn’t do himself—and expects the same high standards he holds.
A former U.S. Marine Corps troop handler and instructor, Brian carries the values of teamwork, discipline, and respect into every job. “Anyone can be a boss,” he says, “but you have to earn respect to be a leader. There’s strength in numbers.”
Brian is based in Port Richey, Florida. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, being out in nature, and has a strong appreciation for new construction and ground-up projects. His favorite part of the job? “Seeing the results of our hard work and knowing we’re building something that will outlast us.”
